• 0 balance (recharge with small 3g pack if speed capping problem)
• Any udp vpn software (PD-Proxy, DroidVPN APP , finch vpn, tunnelguru, etc)
• Rocket Speed

How to use :-

• Open your vpn software.
• In the UDP port enter 9200,  49200,  49209,  54876,  88765
• Now hit connect
• Wait for sometime
• Now enjoy …..
